Use folder as context

As we use monorepos. sharing a folder as context is key. When I try to do that on VSCode extension, continue is trying to add all files on the text instead of running from the folder. This causes continue.dev to break in most times and, sometimes, it even requires me to restart VSCode.
It would be nice to have the folder as an option to add to the context.
