Email Server (like MailCow) integration for automated deployment

Nobody who has tried publicly has been able to spin up dockerized MailCow, which is an amazing full suite for email.

I highly suggest the edition of MailCow as requested prior as the email solution for Coolify.

There is one other thread about this but it is totally dead and doesn't allow for a different mail integration; I don't want to gravedig a thread, either

Update: following these threads, I was able to manually deploy Stalwart. Still would like to see an automated integration of MailCow or Stalwart though. Ideally, we could have an "application marketplace" where people could just publish working integrations and their configs.
