Coolify UI Tweaks

I was really craving a Coolify redesign and got impatient waiting for Coolify v5 (#5685), so… I went ahead and made my own!

I put together a small user CSS that gives the Coolify UI a more bubbly, modern look, just something that looks a bit nicer and more playful overall.
