phy2 installation failure

Hi,

I'm having trouble installing Phy2 to my new PC.
I'm using Win10 1803, Anaconda 2019.03 with Python 3.7. I downloaded environment file from dev branch.

I followed the instruction on this page (https://phy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/), and I could create phy2 environment without error. However, after activating phy2, when I run "phy template-gui params.py" line, I get an error saying that "'phy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." I tried removing and recreating phy2 environment, and I also tried reinstalling Anaconda with no luck.

I'm very naive to Python, and I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.

Actually I can now run Phy2 after manually installing all the packages in the environment.yml by 'pip install'
(including phy, phylib, colorcet, pyopengl, etc...). I was thinking that running the "conda env create -f path/to/environment.yml" automatically does this, but I guess I was wrong.
