What this PR does:
By default the Go collector only collects minimum Go metrics. Use the same code as Prometheus to collect additional Go GC, scheduler and sync wait metrics https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/blob/release-3.7/cmd/prometheus/main.go#L331
