Tag clouds may use records with empty field in tag-size calculation #312
Description
The struct cloud calculates the size of its list items based on the most often and least often appearing item. However, if many of the records have no content in the selected field, then their number is used as the max-value in the weight calculation, even though there is no NO TAG item rendered. This reduces the size-range of the other items.
