Update XDCR compatibility matrix for 8-0

Preview docs site login credentials.

• XDCR Compatibility section:
  • Updated the compatibility matrix for 8.0.x and earlier versions.
  • Added Notes for "XDCR Compatibility with vBucket Configuration" and "Cross Cluster Versioning (ECCV) Compatibility".
  • Added the "Enterprise Edition" label to the section.
• XDCR enableCrossClusterVersioning page:
  • From the previous bullet-point, added 2nd Note "Cross Cluster Versioning (ECCV) Compatibility with Couchbase Server Versions" and added a link to the XDCR compatibility matrix page/section.

Ignore the preview yml file.

I don't want to clutter up the info on the page with a large note, but it would be good to have a reference.

Something like:

• Buckets that use Magma storage engine can use either 128 or 1024 vBuckets on Linux and Windows. You choose the number of vBuckets when you create the bucket. (If using XDCR, see XDCR Compatibility information about vBuckets for Server versions prior to 8.0.)
