Docs issue: DOC-10864
This PR adds the cbq reference that was formerly in the
docs-serverrepo. The new page is added asn1ql:nql-intro/cbq.adoc, reusing a former location for cbq reference page; the new page addstools:cbq-shell.adocas an alias. Links totools:cbq-shell.adocare updated to point to the new page.This change must be merged at the same time as the following PR:
Together, these changes should have no apparent effect on the cbq documentation, but they prepare the ground so that the cbq documentation can appear in the Capella devex docs.
