Is there a cut-off point for that? Or are we just going to wait until the first day of term? There isn't really a rush I would think, but we probably need to decide a date where we need to start/stop thinking about replacements.

Jack and I spent end of July and a fair bit of August writing material for the start of term - I guess you guys could make a plan of when you'll organise what you would run if you were doing comsec. That way, if you do get a last minute placement you're not throwing your replacements under the bus
