Child processes not instrumented

I have the same issue again since a couple of days.
CodeCoverage of child processes is no longer collected.
Child processes are terminating cleanly.

No instrumentation of the child process assemblies is shown in the --diag log.

Also tried setting DataCollectionRunSettings.DataCollectors.DataCollector.Configuration.IncludeDirectory to the bin directory of my child process executable, but it didn't work either.

Using latest .NET (6.0.5), latest VS 2022 (17.2.1), latest everything.

What else can I try?

I tried to set up a minimal repro today, but now it works. Must be something else on our side. I'll close this.
