feat: map Uniswap token list to Gnosis chain

The algorithm:

1. Take the original Uniswap token list
2. Take only Mainnet tokens from it
3. Call Omnibridge contact and map token address to Gnosis chain
4. Override the original Uniswap list tokens by Gnosis chain data
5. Write the result into build/GnosisUniswapTokensList.json
