I tried the code and it works smoothly. The only thing that bugs me is in the output printed in the command window where the 'events' printed (conditions and triggers) are not in the right temporal order. Do you think that could be a problem?

I would not worry given that the when you check the onset column you can see that the triggers come before the events.
