We would like to request a feature enhancement to the Contact Form plugin regarding how the sender's "From Name" is handled.
Currently, it is only possible to set a prefix for the sender's name. However, there are scenarios where this limitation causes deliverability issues. Specifically with email providers like Outlook. When the "From Name" is modified in a way that doesn't align with domain authentication policies, it can trigger phishing warnings or cause the email to be flagged as suspicious.
In some cases, domain owners prefer to control and protect the use of specific sender names. Being able to set the full "From Name" or omit it entirely would provide more flexibility and help prevent email spoofing flags.
