semantic line breaks

@pachadotdev, I am thinking about using semantic line breaks. Any objections?

By inserting line breaks at semantic boundaries, writers, editors, and other collaborators can make source text easier to work with, without affecting how it’s seen by readers.

It's something brainless I can do tonight watching tv, and it should be easier to maintain long-term. The git diffs should be clearer too.

I experimented with a few sections.
