vfkit v0.6.2

This vfkit release has a number of new features:

• nested virtualization support for linux guests
• support for VMs which use host disk devices
• added --device virtio-serial,pty to get an interactive TTY
• improved --device virtio-net,unixSocketPath=… behaviour, including better command line compatibility with krunkit
• added support for network-config files when using cloud-init
• improved cleanup when vfkit is stopped using signals
