Hashing formula for rounds 2+

This bloom library is still standing strong so many years later! Well done.

A quick question, in your hashing function for rounds 2 onward you add round ^ 2 -- why is that?
The original paper by Kirsch and Mitzenmacher only has h1 + round * h2
