WCH Touch Driver 1.4.0

Adds WCH → Monitor Profiles… for mixed monitor models and connections.

• Selects touch pairing, brightness connection, and following behavior separately for each monitor.
• Prefers native DDC/CI automatically and uses DisplayLink only when a selected screen needs it and Manager is running.
• Supports independent brightness levels alongside monitors that follow MacBook changes.
• Extends desktop layout learning to one or more selected external monitors.
• Preserves existing configurations, touch pairings, desktop layouts, and brightness targets.

Touch support remains limited to compatible WCH 27C0:0859 controllers. Brightness availability depends on the Mac, display, and connection; ambiguous identities are skipped.
