Rationalise the ZIP downloads #210
Description
Really, there is only any point providing a single downloadable zip of binaries.
This should be the 'complete' one, remove the other zip downloads.
Include the LICENSE and COPYING files. Also, create a new README file for the zip download which has some information about the source of the files, along with how to customise the installation.
Things such as which binaries have dependencies upon which etc.
