Create 'hello world' tutorial

To get people up and running with a sample MVC project which uses ZPT-Sharp, there should be a quick-start guide.

This is essentially a small 'hello world' project which gets ZPT-Sharp installed and renders a simple view.

There should be instructions, as well as providing this as a small downloadable project (zip file).
