Fixed

Reclassified two arguments from pointers to plain values after identifying test edge cases where zero inputs were masked:

• webpload, webpload_buffer, webpload_source — n=0 errors on multi-page files (webp: bad page number). Single-page files accept n=0 without error, which previously masked this.
• csvload, csvload_source — lines=0 triggers a libvips critical log and drops the value, silently falling back to the default.

Range metadata includes zero (-1–100000 and -1–10000000), so type resolution now relies on the measured exception table.

Upgrade impact

None for working code. Passing Ptr(0) previously failed at runtime; it now fails at compile time. Code that omitted the field or passed non-zero values behaves identically.
