tools headers: Update the uapi/asm-generic/mman-common.h copy with the kernel sources

To pick up the changes in:

   6d61527 mm/pkey: Add PKEY_UNRESTRICTED macro

Addressing this perf tools build warning:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header differences:
    diff -u tools/include/uapi/asm-generic/mman-common.h include/uapi/asm-generic/mman-common.h
