feat: item actions

Note

Adds inline action/button support and badges to Item, ItemBase, ItemButton; refines Select/ComboBox popovers; updates DatePicker UI and tooltip/transition behavior.

• Item family:
  • ItemBase, ItemButton, Item now support inline actions with new ItemAction (+ ItemActionContext); add showActionsOnHover, reserved action space, and static Action/Badge accessors.
  • New ItemBadge component with theme/type variants; exported across entry points and stories.
  • ItemBase enhancements: isCard styling, numeric size, updated tooltip overflow logic, additional layout/mods for actions.
• Menus/Lists:
  • MenuItem passes actions to ItemBase; stories showcase items with inline actions.
• Pickers/Selectors:
  • Select and ComboBox: popover height cap adjusted to 50vh - 5x; introduced overlay wrapper for positioning; minor ref/ARIA tweaks.
  • Picker/FilterPicker triggers use ItemButton; clear-button stories and minor trigger mods cleanup.
• Date inputs:
  • DatePicker/DateRange*: refactored to use DateInputBase suffix; calendar nav button size tweaks; segment focus styles; DatePickerButton now ItemAction.
• Overlays/Utils:
  • Tooltip trigger/provider opt out of dismissable; provider supports isDisabled.
  • DisplayTransition: longer fallback, new onPhaseChange/onToggle callbacks.
• Misc:
  • Form field hook exposes isInvalid/isValid flags.
  • Tests and stories updated accordingly.
• Changesets:
  • minor: add actions to Item/ItemButton/ItemBase; add ItemBadge.
  • patch: ItemBase isCard; fix Select/ComboBox popover height limit.

Bug: Actions Component Width Transition Bug

The Actions component's width transition style incorrectly references with-action instead of the with-actions mod. This typo prevents the width transition animation from applying when actions are in placeholder mode.

Bug: Tooltip Trigger Accessibility Issue

The isDisabled prop was removed from the useTooltipTrigger call. While DisplayTransition now prevents the tooltip from showing when disabled, the useTooltipTrigger hook still needs isDisabled to correctly manage event handlers and accessibility, preventing triggers when the component is disabled.
