AMP 2.4.3.2 new install not populating generic templates in instance creation list

I confirm:

• that I have searched for an existing bug report for this issue.
• that I am using the latest available version of AMP.
• that my operating system is up-to-date.

Symptoms

A number of people installing a new AMP 2.4.3.2 have reported not having any generic templates showing in the instance creation dropdown. A Fetch Latest is required to populate the list.

Known to occur on both Linux and Windows systems.

Fixed in CI, ADS now updates that list on start again.
