Grouping some items in one line

Helloo everybody,

Thank you for your great work,
I had a task in a project and I want to use you librarie to build forms dynamically, but I can't build my form as our designer did.
I give you an example:
let's say, I have fields: firstname, lastname, age, about
I want lastname and firstname in one line, and the other fields each in line,

How can I acheive that ?
