network-statplots

This repository contains some simple R and ggplot2 (http://ggplot2.org/) functions to plot the outputs of the Nipype connectivity pipelines (e.g. http://nipy.sourceforge.net/nipype/users/examples/dmri_connectivity_advanced.html).
