Do not run Applitools for external PRs #300
Description
Because the environment variables on Circle are undefined, Applitools breaks
1) Chart
shows the chart:
Error: APPLITOOLS_API_KEY env variable is missing. It is required to define this variable for Applitools visual tests to run successfully.

Maybe run the tests, but without Applitools
