New PHP Container

New PHP Container are integrated into a single repository and now built nightly to ensure latest security patches.

Repository lacks some more information in Readme, but Docker Images are ready yo use:

How to test this PR

git fetch --all
git checkout new-php-container
cp env-example .env

It is important to apply the new env-example, as a few crucial things have changed.

Features

• Lot's of PHP modules (See: https://github.com/devilbox/docker-php-fpm)
• Lot's of new tools and updated versions of previsous tools (git, node, composer, drush, drupal-console, yarn, linux-brew, etc)
• All Containers are based on official PHP container

Drawback

This will currently remove HHVM from being available. I will however backport it properly as well.
