xxxAssign doesn't work with MemberAccess

When I use Expression.xxxAssign where left is a ExpressionType.MemberAccess I get an Assign generated instead.

This commit seems to only test for ParameterExpression. A quick step through the code seems to suggest that xxxAssign isn't accounted for in the case of member access.

@StevenGranados That is strange coinsidence, but I am already working on the fix. Found it when improving the ref support story.

For now, the Member and the Array access are implemented but in suboptimal manner,
where in a.M += 1 expression, the a will be calculated twice. So in the new A(m = 42).M += 1, the constructor new A will be called twice. I presume that it will be the rare case to use the NewExpression as the assignment target, but it still needs to be addressed.
