Squadra 3+ 3.11.1

Squadra 3.11.1 adds window replacement and a verified return context for each window, keeping the existing authorship, acknowledgement and independent-review gates.

• squadra replace transfers work, reader assignments and useful mail when windows are replaced, with provenance and live-run safeguards.
• context --for WINDOW --since SEQ:HASH shows relevant changes while preserving standing constraints, blocks, budgets and evidence references. Oversized mandatory state is explicitly refused; open the original records in that case.
• Entry permission checks, identity-aware mail, reader readiness and persistent follower cursors make handoffs clearer.
• Service waits are visible, duplicate mail IDs are handled safely, and partial saves tolerate missing unselected repositories with explicit warnings.
• Fixes cover context diagnostics, access-projection freshness and portable negative-cursor validation tests.

Python 3.12+ is required. Upgrade every registry reader and writer together: new 3.11.1 events require journal format 4 and older CLIs refuse them.

Validation: 2104/2104 tests passed on the exact release commit with four workers, zero skips or worker errors, five prechecks passed, and the frozen release and correction received an accepted independent read. The installed 506-file source matches that tested commit. CLI checks ran against the real registry; the long-history context limit remains explicit and documented.

Chrome exercised 12 IT/EN dashboard views and 60 refresh samples against the real registry without JavaScript or required-API errors. The browser harness retained a failure for an automatic favicon request returning 401; independent review classified that accessory issue as non-blocking and deferred it.
