Add ability for user to set max length of episode & movie description text

This is a niche feature request. Allow me to explain. 😄

For years I used Plex on the AppleTV. As such I had curated the description text of episodes and movies (imported from .nfo files) in such a way that it was short enough to see the whole episode or movie description without ever having to expand the actual full description. I just found it neater & cleaner and was inspired by a few other users who did the same. This was made easier by that fact that the max length of this visible text was equally as long on both the home page and detail page in the Plex app on AppleTV.

Fast forward to today where I find myself needing to use Wholphin with Jellyfin on a Shield Pro 2019 which has a different approach. While the maximum text length on detail pages is generous enough that I don't need to shorten my existing descriptions even more, the amount allowed for this on the home page is much reduced.

So here's the feature request:
I propose either 1) ideally give users the option of setting the maximum amount of text visible under each item on the home page or 2) barring this, have the max length of the descriptions on the home page match the max length of those on the detail pages. I believe that would amount to upping the limit by only a few words. So not an altogether dramatic change to the layout of the UI. Just a refinement if you will

Again, I realize this is a request very catered to my own particular use case, so no worries if it isn't implemented but I would be remiss not to mention it if it were at all possible. 🙇

I like this idea or the ability to reduce text size.

Setting text scaling on the Nvidia Shield to 85% allows for a bit more text to show. It also looks a bit cleaner in my opinion.
Incidentally, doing this for the Plex app on Android TV has the opposite effect with less text visible, so points go to Wholphin in this case. ☺️

Or there could be an option (or default) that scales the text to something smaller yet still readable. I think @YogiBear12 might consider this in future tweaks to the UI's typography.
