Investigation the provision of CMIS support within DMSF

CMIS spec document is 229 pages; it's going to take a long while to properly review this document and absorb the appropriate amount of knowledge to venture towards this functionality. At present there appear to only be CMIS client gems (eg: active_cmis), however nothing about protocol integration. As such this would need to also need to be planned from scratch and would fall outside of this project (perhaps a GEM plugin on its own, depending on how sizeable the implementation would be).
