[Enhancement]: Chat setting to enable/disable automatic scroll on generation

What features would you like to see added?

When an AI answer is longer than the visible space of the chat, it automatically scrolls to show the latest tokens that are being generated. This results in the beginning of the answer not being visible, forcing the user to scroll up to start reading the message from the beginning.

Would be great to have a setting, "Auto-scroll during generation" which, when turned off, prevents this scroll from happening, and only scrolls down slightly, to show the beginning of the AI message on the screen, leaving it up to the user to scroll down at their own pace while they read the message.

Gemini has adopted this behavior and I find it much more user friendly.

I would love to see this functionality as well. When using smaller/faster models, the initial part of the response often scrolls above the top of the screen before I can manually scroll to stop the auto scrolling. Limiting the initial scroll to the visible screen space, or even just allowing a user to set a fixed number of rows to initially scroll for each response would be a nice improvement.
