yes bro............i have checked it . i have tried different images but they aren't decrypted in their original form. they just look similiar like above upload image but the image upload by you in input folder work correctly.......

I tried with few other random images and it works. Can you please attach the input image separately here so that it can be used for testing.

Execution

1. Encryption
   python encrypt.py pic5.png
   this keys.txt is created: keys.txt
   Encrypted image
   
2. Decryption:
   python decrypt.py pic5.png
   supply the values in keys.txt (copy and paste Kr, Kc & ITERMAX from key.txt and enter)
   Decrypted image:
   

Please let me know if you're facing any issue in this end to end working.
