Discussion - Comment - enter a comment in the chat window does not display

Tested on Staging iOS version 1.9.5 (4978-232)
Tested on Staging Android version 1.9.5 (4978-194)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a common that you are a member
2. Go to a discussion
3. enter a comment within the discussion

Actual results:
text does not display in the chat window. There is a delay on several minutes until the text is display.
Note: I have tested this issue with 4 different devices and i got the same results

Expected results:
Text must appear immediately on the chat screen
