Make links clickable when creating a new common

Tested on Staging iOS version 1.9.5 (4978-233)

Please make all links clickable. Currently, during the creation of a new common, links are not clickable for moderator in the "About" and "Rule" fields. But then, when the common is published these links are clickable.
