Request to join - Not displayed amount when the contribution is 0

When the user requests to join a common with a $0 contribution, there is no displayed amount of the contribution on his request page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the common without monthly contributions
2. Click on Request to join button
3. Click on Continue button
4. Enter some intro and click on Continue button
5. Select $0 personal contribution
6. Click on View request after the request was created

Actual result:
There is no displayed amount of the contribution (Contribution: )

Expected result:
Should be displayed amount of the contribution (Contribution: $0)
