Circle (Admins) counter is not updated after adding a 2nd member there

I added other user as an Admin in this common, the user was added, but the number of Admins doesn't increase. Also after refresh.
On the other hand, I added a user as a Contributor and the number increased (from 0 to 1).

This is after adding Daniel as a contributor, and Latif as admin:

Also other strange behavior: after adding also Noam as contributor both Daniel and Noam appear as members:

And after refresh this last thing is fixed and both appear as Contributors, also the Contributors counter is correct but the Admins counter isn't.

After adding also Daniel to Admins the Admins counter is increased but still 1 missing...
