Fix Algolia indexing

Describe the bug

The website-root pipeline for 1.16 is broken and does reindex content for Algolia search.

The Algolia reindexing is starting now but runs into an issue:

algoliasearch.exceptions.RequestException: Record at the position 566 objectID=/developing-applications/ is too big size=467902/100000 bytes.
