Multi App Workflow Support #788
Description
Similar to this Java issue && this dotnet issue.
We should support both callactivity and suborchestration calls for multi app workflows in the go-sdk.
Furthermore, we should have an IT test and example in the example folder titled multiapp/callactivity & multiapp/suborchestration highlighting both examples, 1 showing a go application hosting a workflow calling an activity simply hosted by the other go application and 2 showing a go application hosting a workflow calling a suborchestration hosted by another go applciation.
