In this milestone, the Hyperdrive will be able to :

1. Request new pids
2. Set the URL to a pid
3. Add an external PID (e.g., DOI) to a pid
4. Set a payload to a pid

All methods will be implemented considering the synchronous method of the dark-gateway lib, briefly presented in the example dark-gateway notebook.

It is important to mention that the on-chain dARK prevents the add external pid action and set payload to pids that do not have a URL.
