pub.dev is deducting points for the package for the following reasons:

* 0/10 points: Provide a valid pubspec.yaml
  * pubspec.yaml doesn't have a homepage entry.
  * pubspec.yaml doesn't have a repository entry.

I believe some points are being lost to lack of an example as well. I wonder if a simple example/README.md will work. Perhaps just with examples on how to include the files into analysis_options.yaml? Not sure.
