Increase time period for weekly downloads sparkline

Currently the weekly downloads chart contains 40 datapoints corresponding to the amount of weeks we have been logging package downloads. After February 2025 we will be able to increase it to 52, which is the desired number of weeks we want to display.

We reduced the number of datapoints further down to 28, due to missing data for packages with numbers in their name.
