dask-data S3 bucket used in notebooks does not exist

It looks like at some point the dask-data S3 buckets that's used in these notebooks has been deleted.

$ aws s3 ls --no-sign-request s3://dask-data/ 
An error occurred (NoSuchBucket) when calling the ListObjectsV2 operation: The specified bucket does not exist

I'm not sure who originally created it.

That bucket was owned by Anaconda. @martindurant asked me if anyone was still using it and I said "no" -- sorry, I missed that it was being used here.

For the case here, we're only accessing this dataset in the overview notebook to demonstrate familiar DataFrame operations. Something like

ddf = dd.read_parquet(
    "s3://coiled-data/uber/",
    storage_options={"anon": True},
)
ddf["tips"][ddf["tips"] > 0].mean().compute()

would work as a quickfix
