migrate-groups-cleanup failed #272
Description
migrate-groups-cleanup failed with the issue that the back up groups were not present at the account level. These backup groups (AssertionError: Group db-temp-XXXXXXXX not found on the account level) which is created at the workspace level should not be available at the account level and the process should not fail due to that.
