This PR adds a plotly/dash - based widget for drawing Regions of Interest to create pixel masks for functional imaging of Fluorescent voltage sensitive indicators, Neurotransmitter imaging, Neuromodulator imaging. This app, combined with the accept/reject curation widget available within this package allows the users to fully curate the output of existing segmentation approaches (
