Variance of Laplacian for the gif images

Formula for calculation of variance.

The first part of this formula is understood as:
reslut_1 = Mean filtering of the image after the image is squared

The later version is understood as:
result_2 = square after calculating the mean filter

then reslut = root number (reslut1_1-resluuut_2)
