Make log verification app agnostic and remove azblob from massifs

Overview

• Remove references to azblob from app entry massif getting
• Remove specific apps eventsv1 and assetsv2, they are the concerns of the consumers
• Ensure we get the MMR salt from the log entry and not the app entry.

Testing

• Added tests for mmr Salt
• Integration and unit tests pass

TODO:

• Add KAT tests for log version 0 (assetsv2) and log version 1 (eventsv1) for proof verification
