wiki: fix Visualization gallery link (githack, not htmlpreview) htmlpreview.github.io renders the Plotly gallery blank (it drops external CDN scripts and can't handle the inline bundle). Point the "View the gallery" link at raw.githack.com, which serves the raw file as text/html so the charts render.
