Clarify difference between pristine and untouched

The definitions for pristine and untouched in the actions docs were the same:

The "pristine" state indicates that the user has not interacted with this field model yet.
...
An "untouched" field indicates that this model has not been interacted with yet.

I edited the definitions to match my understanding of the difference.
