Text inside <div> doesn't show up

@davidroyer, Reasking from issue #63 @Aoqidx
If content is ```'<h1>Some initial content</h1>'```, editor can show ```'Some initial content'``` correctly, but when content is ```'<div>Some initial content</div>'```, editor throw a error "Cannot read property 'emit' of undefined"
This has still not been fixed and is a big show stopper for us.
Please help!!!
